The Metropix DEA account provides the option for DEAs to create a floor plan whilst also producing the EPC. But how can they deliver to the specifications required by you and your property management software and how do you ensure the plan meets with PMA requirements?

Any qualified DEA can register for a FREE DEA account, enabling them to create an unlimited number of floor plans.  The clever part comes next.  When the DEA transfers the floor plan to your Metropix account – your preset preferences are automatically applied and you’ve total control of the plan.  So, for example, you can change room names and measurements to ensure you conform with PMA, and have your company logo added to all plans automatically.
